Chuck out all your other cookbooks. They are not needed now. A ragged looking shelf can be replaced by one single book that has recipes for every occasion.
This is no understatement. 2000 recipes in one single volume laid out clearly by the main ingredient into colour coded sections. Looking for a vegetable recipe? Just turn to the green section. Purple for chicken, Orange for offal, pink for desserts - that simple. The only trouble you will have is trying to decide just what to cook.
This book is the epitome of Italian styling, from the elegant cover, each elegant photograph inside, every tasty dish presented; your friends will love your cookery, you may have trouble getting rid of them.
The price may put a few people off, but when you consider just how many recipes you get, and authentic recipes too, this represents excellent value for money. This book has been a classic in Italy for over 50 years, in time it will become a classic on the shelves of all English speaking countries too.
