This is another cloth book that my son received when he was born as a gift, and now at 18 months is still being read and loved. These cloth books are great as even having been played with by younger babies, sucked on, pulled on, and thrown they just stay in fabulous condition. My son used to love to suck on the puppies ears when he had tummy time as a young one so it has been very loved.

This is one of the books he takes to bed at night or when he has his naps because it is safe in his cot, soft enough to be a pillow!! The book is very simple it features a puppy that does a different thing on each page which is accompanied by one word. They are simple things like being sleepy, being hungry, and being naughty so young children would be able to easily identify them. It is quite good for a quick read and you can stretch it out by talking about what the puppy is doing too.

I think the price is a little high, but lamaze toys and books generally are a higher cost but are excellent quality. This little book makes a great baby shower gift and babies do enjoy it!
