An arrested drug kingpin is transported by a Los Angeles Police Department SWAT team led by Jackson's character out of the city and into federal custody. Plans go awry when the kingpin offers $100 million to anyone who can free him.

I think I will apply the KIS principle... Keep It Short.
So, in that spirit, I have three words for this movie; D. U. D.
With a leading cast, it was bordering on painful to see something this over-hyped and under-produced. Colour me unimpressed.
Overall, nuf said.
