I'm not a huge wine fan but when I had my second baby shower at Soljans Winery in Kumeu (A true westie here) they were having a big wine sale and I couldn't resist so I bought a bottle of this to open once my baby had been born.
I managed to open it about 6 weeks after I had my son. It was delicious! I have found my new favourite wine in bubbly. It was a very good price too at just $15.50 a bottle. The wine itself is nice and sweet with flavours of apple, peach and tropical fruits. There is also a Rose version which is delicious too.
The wine is produced using Muscat grapes grown in Gisborne and smells just as good as it tastes. The low alcohol (8%) means you can drink quite a bit without feeling any ill effects. This is definitely a wine I will be buying again.

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes have really made a name for themselves. Because they are so damn delicious! Unfair that wines been hogging it all though. Here it's blended with saffron to make a drink literally bursting with flavour. Aroha. Made with Love.
