Just to get it out of the way, the only thing I don't like about this game is how fussy it is to get the photos it takes during game-play onto your computer, and then onto facebook. Took me half an hour just to do 2 photos, so I have never bothered since, although I'm sure with practice, it would become a lot easier and quicker.

It's a game that looks pretty easy, and is very easy to figure out, it also gives you one heck of a work out. In fact, my mum has turned this game into a fitness session once a week.

I will point out that I have said 1 to sleepless nights, only because if you play it for long enough, you are tired enough and fall asleep nice and quickly. Better (and cheaper) than going to a gym.

Despite it's very, and I do mean VERY, basic nature, this game is a perfect starter for learning how to use the Kinect Sensor. The game comes with a wide range of activities, from riding a raft down some almost physically-impossible rivers, to a prolonged and rather involved obstacle course that looks so very much like "Wipeout" on steroids.

Some of the fun aspects include the staggered reward system, where you earn either bronze, silver or gold medals depending on your performance, and in order to progress to new adventures, a certain level of achievement must be attained. Achieving a high standard offers some fun 'cute' rewards, such as 'living statues' that will either mimic your words, dance a little dance you record, etc.

Being one of the first generation of Kinect-based games, this one was bound to be a little simplistic, and very easy to play and understand... keeping this in mind, as well as it's intended audience - children - adults should expect to find this a little unchallenging to play, but it's still fun and a great way to bond with the kids. (They seem to find it hilarious watching Mum and/or Dad leaping around and spasming like they have ants crawling up their back. Wink Icon)

Overall, a great, if somewhat embarrassing for the adults, way to blow away an afternoon or three... my only dislike is the game's demands to take snapshots of you at key points throughout the game, then show them to you after each stage. A feature I would GREATLY love to have the option to turn off! LOL Icon

Product reviews for listing 879: Wasgij 11 : The Beauty Salon
Brand / Manufactured by: Holdson

Product image for Wasgij 11 : The Beauty SalonWhat has happened in this beauty salon to make everyone's hair stand on end? Surely this should be an experience of pleasure, not pain!

The picture you see on the box lid is not the puzzle picture, it is simply a clue to the puzzle picture. Look into this scene entitled `beauty salon' and imagine you're the impatient partner outside the salon looking in - what he can see beyond and including the shocked client waiting to go in is the view you have to complete.
