OMG watching this makes me feel old. If I look in my treasure box at my mums, I could probably lay my hands on a buzzy bee and Mary Lou doll. Only my Mary Lou doll was red.
It is great to see a child-s program that promotes helping others, sharing and doesn-t have violence all through it. It uses classic characters from our childhood and is the kind of thing that you really want to pass onto your children and grandchildren. Although I don-t know any of the voices on the program, I am more than happy with the way they speak and the language that they use.
There are thirteen stories on this dvd and each one is of a length that the child doesn-t get bored and get into mischief. You have the option on the dvd to play all the stories (65 minutes approx) or select which story you want to watch (5 minutes approx).
My only concern with this dvd is that I find myself singing the theme song which is quite a catchy one. I would be more than happy to let any pre-schooler in my care watch this without worrying about what they are going to do next.
Its funny and pretty cool.
I liked the singing the most and when it rained.
I didn't like it when they didn't play.
I like the buzzy bee the most because he is so colourful.

The characters were instantly recognisable stereotypes: Tim, the champion of everything British, Bill the bearded hippie in his rebel combat jacket and Graeme, the mad scientist ... more...
