Because I was trialling the thigh trainer I was also given these to trial and review. Not being much of an exerciser isnt a good way to start reviewing fitness gear but then these are aimed at the home user I suppose and not at the professional who probably has a fully kitted out gym in the spare room or garage anyway. After a daily dose of self abuse on the gear for the last month I have found that it has had some great results. Not only is my level of general fitness improved but in particular these have improved my upper body strength. I can at last do more then 3 pathetic pressups in a row without slamming face first into the carpet. Now I can do 15 on my knuckles without breaking a sweat or feeling like my heart is trying to do an impression of one of Ripley's Aliens. Easy to attach to the basic LTT unit, very easy to understand and use, and most of all they work.
