Ease of Use:

Installation:
Score 10 out of 10

What can I say? This is easily one of the simplest and most versatile label printers I've ever had the chance to use.

Installation was a breeze: just put the CD into your PC, follow the instructions on screen, plug the printer into the USB port when instructed and that was it, done. Installation of the labels themselves also couldn't be easier. It's a very simple process that anyone can do, and the fact that the labels are continuous feed means that you don't waste any labels each time you change rolls.

Printing is a breeze, and you can do it many different ways. You can choose to use the P-Touch editor that comes standard on the CD, or you can use Word, Excel or Outlook to produce some customised designs. Doing a run of labels from a spreadsheet or database is extremely easy and you will wonder why you did it the old fashioned way before.

The vast array of label types available (16 at last count) make this one versatile little printer, and one that I can see myself using time and time again. The cost of the consumables is very reasonable and combined with the relatively low cost of this unit, compared with the features this unit packs, it makes sense to own one.

So in summary, a big thumbs up Thumbs Up to Brother for another fine piece of office equipment, to join the ranks of their other marvelous products.
