I have just started getting into ciders the last year or two and it's been a nice welcome change from drinking wine. I particularly like the flavoured berry ciders as I have a bit of a sweet tooth and these drinks cater to it nicely!

The Thomas and Rose Strawberry and Lime Cider drink is a staple in my fridge now! Not only is it reasonably priced (I always find it to be the cheapest cider in New World - bonus!!) it is in a bottle with a screw lid! The screw lid makes it so convenient to have one glass and save half (I find it does me 2 glasses/ serves nicely) without loosing it's fizz! The label is stylish and eye catching and a great bottle to take round to friends for a catch up.

The cider itself is lovely, sweet (not unbearable so!) with a tang of lime, refreshing, fruity, divine! The only possible downside to this cider is that it is very, very drinkable! It doesn't feel like you are drinking alcohol so could be quite dangerous! I really recommend Thomas and Rose Ciders, especially the Strawberry and Lime flavour for a lovely, refreshing drink that is a perfect, light alternative to drinking wine. A hit with my friends too!

So far I have been really enjoying the Thomas and Rose ciders. I love their bottles. They are 500 ml and are consistent with other cider bottle styles on the market. It's a decent serve, without being too over the top. The labeling of the bottles is really well thought out too. I love the water-colour look to them. The colours make you think of the flavour, plus each bottle is numbered so if you know the number you like the best, then you can find it easily on the shelf at the supermarket.

With this cider, I made use of my handled mason jar to enjoy a refreshing drink after a hot day. This Strawberry and Lime cider is really refreshing. It is sweet, but the lime gives it just enough edge so that it is not overpoweringly sweet. There is a tartness that works well with the strawberry, because they too can be tart at times.

The other thing I did with this cider was to server it with a splash of lime juice, and a mixture of vodka and lemonade as well. The strawberry came through really well, and the lime was pumped up. That was needed with the sweetness of the lemonade anyway. This cider is easily enjoyed by itself or as a cocktail or punch addition. I think of all the Thomas and Rose ciders so far, I have enjoyed this one the best. It is very drinkable, and it invokes summer for me in a similar way to the Watermelon but probably more so. I associate strawberries with summer and Christmas especially and I will definitely be buying more of this one for those Christmas holiday celebrations.

I was given this cider to review and couldn't wait to try it - I've tried one or two cider flavours, but this one appealed the most by far. However despite my eagerness, I looked at the generous sized bottle and decided it could be shared among friends, so held onto it until I had the opportunity.

As soon as I showed the others the bottle, I had lots of murmurs of agreement and eagerness to taste it. 4 of us shared the bottle, but admittedly 2 were only having small tastes. After my first sip, I almost regretted sharing it as I suddenly wanted to down the whole bottle - it was really really good. I definitely rate this as my favourite cider.

I noticed it was very easily drinkable - you'd want to be careful that you didn't overdo it in the hot sun! I actually don't think I would have been able to pick it had strawberry and lime flavour in it (if I hadn't been told), and I was expecting more tanginess which wasn't there, but that didn't worry me at all.

I've tried baking a few recipes with cider in them too, and unfortunately on this occasion there was none left to try in muffins or a cake, but I'm definitely keen to buy and drink this one again - so maybe next time! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a refreshing alternative to drink.

I am new to the world of cider and was not really sure what to expect when I applied to review it. Is it a beer? Is it a wine? Lol Whatever it is, its really good. Thomas and Rose #1 apple cider is blended with strawberry and lime and when it arrived I immediately wanted to get tucked in. But it was early morning, and it comes in a really generous sized bottle so now was not the time.

However, I was about to make a cheesecake, so thought I would had a dash or two or three to the cheesecake topping and see how it went. It did not change the colour or texture of my cheesecake and I had no problems with it setting either. Upon tasting, it had a nice flavour that was very agreeable to the palette. Next time though I will add more because the amount I used was only subtle.

As stated earlier its a good generous sized bottle, so the price in my opinion is really good. The labels really simple but quite funky and its very easy to open. Later in the day I tried it as just a chilled drink. Its really nice and would go well with steamed fish and a light salad or even a summer bbq because its not to heavy. The bottle actually lasted me 4 days as I had a glass with my evening meal and it was still just as fizzy I day 4 as it was on day 1. A very nice drop :)

I have been trying a few different flavours to try and expand my normal tastes and thought that since I like strawberry but not always lime then I would be adventurous and give this one a go. I rather liked this, a nice gentle colour and a good taste, mainly strawberry but the lime balanced out the sweetness.

The bottle is a good generous size so it is a good economical drink to share with others, not sure I would want to drink the entire bottle to myself. Normally when you share things with friends you each end up with a few tastes and not much else but this bottle is big enough that you can get a good size drink each.

The information on the bottle is as usual rather good, it clearly shows that it is equal to 1.6 standard drinks so you know how much you have had and what else is good is the link to the drinkwise website so if you feel the need to get some help for your drinking then it is easy to do and the best before date is clearly shown. The label is very easy to understand.

I would drink this again and be happy to recommend to others, it is a nice flavour that would be easy to enjoy over summer with friends and a BBQ.

Another delicious and refreshing drink from Thomas and Rose! The Strawberry and Lime flavour is divine! I think each one I have tried has been my favourite! Again the bottle designs are sleek, sophisticated and stylish. They are informative and easy to read. The labels as always, eye catching! As a personal preference I prefer the glass bottles which would be a huge advantage in Thomas and Rose's case. I think it keeps the Cider tasting fresher and doesn't go flat as fast as cider in a plastic bottle would.

The flavour was sweet, the strawberry had a stronger presence with the lime being a subtle after taste and providing a bit of a "zing" to the drink. Most strawberry flavoured drinks become sickly very quickly, I did not have that problem with the Thomas and Rose Lime cider. It is very easy to drink, doesn't become sickly and doesn't leave you feeling bloated.

I like that the Thomas and Rose range is only 4% alcohol and a 500ml bottle is 1.3 standard drinks, it is perfect if you are a social drinker, as a starter drink or as a wee drink but you still need to drive afterwards. I am falling more and more for the Thomas and Rose range!

This is a rather tasty drink. It is neither too bubbly nor too sweet. I decided to try this strawberry and lime variant straight, and found that it had a nice mellow flavour to it. Not too sugary, but also a very smooth drink, it was incredibly pleasant. While it wasn't too sweet, it definitely benefited from an additional squeeze of lime juice. The alcohol content subtle, and more reminiscent of a fruit juice, than a cider.

I enjoy the glass bottles, and the bottle size is very generous, which makes it much easier to share with others. The flavour is very clearly labelled on the packaging, and unlike many other brands of cider, the flavour is correct. The strawberry is the main flavour, but is rather gentle, with the lime providing a slight tang to it. I like the level of bubbles in this drink, as it keeps the drink refreshing, but isn't distracting or difficult to drink.

Out of the three flavours that I have tried so far, I find that this variant is enjoyable, but not the best. Better than the Watermelon & Cucumber, but nowhere near as good as the Apple & Ginger. Would recommend this drink with ice, and a squeeze on lime on a warm summer day. Bliss.

Thomas and Rose looks like a quality, classy, sophisticated drink and it is. I love that they have followed through with the same tasteful design, only making minor changes to colouring. I've found some strawberry drinks in the past sweet and then rather sickening but this is not one of them. I was worried about the lime but really shouldn't have been as it compliments the strawberry wonderfully. I would like to try more than one in a sitting though as I lost my second bottle to my husband, who raved to his mum about this really nice drink he found that she would love. Who found it, not him!!!

The colour is sexy and while I'm not a fan of pink, I will happily wander around with one of these in my hand. For those extra special nights, pour over ice cubes (i prefer ice stones as not to water down my drinks) and a strawberry in a wine or champagne glass.

I've been put off ciders before and was scared about trying yet another one but I do believe that Thomas and Rose will be my go to cider brand. With more than just one flavour, there is more than enough to satisfy everyone.

I really wanted to review this product because I've tried a few different cider brands and flavours but had yet to find one that I really enjoyed. When it arrived I put it straight in the fridge to chill as I like my after work beverages to be nice and cold, especially as the weather is warming up.

On first inspection I thought Thomas & Rose had made a very classy looking cider bottle and label and I loved the fact that it was only 4% because that meant I could drink more without the horrible after effects.

After taking my first sip the only thing I could think of to say was "YUM!" I immediately made my husband stop cooking so he could try some too, which actually was a bit of a mistake because he then made me share the rest of the bottle with him. The bottle itself was actually a very good size and easily allowed my husband and I to have a decent sized glass each - although I would have preferred the whole thing to myself.

Thomas & Rose have really made an amazing drink which is absolutely perfect for Summer. The strawberry and lime flavour is spot on with a very nice (but not over powering) sweet flavour with a zesty lime edge to it. My only concern is that my glass went down way too easily and I didn't have any more to top it up with.

I found this in the shop on the weekend and had to buy a bottle (or 4) to take to a BBQ I was going to on Sunday, it went down just as easily as the first one but this time I made sure my husband had his own bottle!

OMG what can I say about Thomas and Rose strawberry and lime cider apart from I am in love! I have a new summer drink that I will be keeping on hand for the end of those really long hot summer days at work. I love cider but the strawberry and lime one has become my new favorite I have already gone out and brought another bottle so my husband could try it because I downed the first one before he had a chance to taste it.

Thomas and Rose have the mix of flavours just perfect, the lime balances out the sweet strawberry. Even the smell when I poured the drink had me saying yum! It's so light and refreshing and very easy to drink. I can't wait for fresh strawberries to come into the shops so I can drop a strawberry or two in my glass!

The bottle is a good size and each bottle has two glasses worth in it so it's perfect to share (if you can bring yourself to share it that is!). After trying this flavour I want to rush out and try the rest of the range from Thomas and Rose. They clearly know how to balance flavours to get the perfect drop!

I never used to be fond of cider at all, my stepdad has always drunk apple cider in the big bottles and I had tried it and never liked it until all the new flavoured ciders came out and now I love it. The first flavoured cider I tried was the Rekordelig Strawberry and Lime which I really enjoyed so was keen to give this Harvest/Thomas and Rose variety a try as I knew it was a flavour I am fond of. I haven't seen these in the supermarket yet so it was an all new brand to me.

The first thing I noticed was the bottle I thought the labeling was very elegant and well done it certainly made it look like a quality product. I also liked that the flavours are numbered with this being blend 1. It gives it that extra touch. The bottle size is also good as you can get a couple of glasses out of each bottle and with it being only 4% that makes a bottle quite manageable to drink in one sitting but if you wanted you could save a glass for another day as the bottle is resealable.

The strawberry and lime flavour is very nice, you have the sweetness of the strawberry but that is toned down by the tang of the lime so you don't have a drink that is too unbearably sweet. I found it very refreshing so it makes a nice change from drinking wine which often makes me feel a bit thirsty for water if I have too much. The first glass I had wasn't quite chilled enough so with the second one I added some ice which made it much better so I would definitely say serve ice cold.

I can't wait to see these in a supermarket near me as I really enjoyed them and would definitely buy more especially with the weather warming up they would make a really refreshing summer barbeque drink.

I have only recently been introduced to cider and boy was I missing out. As soon as I saw this product up for review, I just knew I had to try it.

The combination of strawberry and lime sounds so refreshing and instantly makes me think of summer. It didn't disappoint - it was smooth and sweet with a very slight tang from the lime and a hint of fizz - perfect. I have quite a sweet tooth and this was perfect for my tastes but may not be for everyone. My partner enjoyed it as well though given we only had the one bottle I wasn't particularly willing to share.

I quite like the labelling - it's simple and classy and seems to suit their brand. I'm not sure how many people actually read labels these days and wether or not it's something that's required, but I also like how on the back of the bottle they encourage responsible drinking.

I can see this product being a great accompaniment at gatherings this summer and I'm also considering getting some for my mum for her birthday - she loves a good cider. I can't wait to try some of the other flavours from Thomas & Rose.
