I really do enjoy this stir fry sauce as well as others from the Maggi range, I often have the meat marinating in the infusion paste for a few hours before cooking and found this makes its yummy as, but even being able to put it on the chicken and sit aside while I prep everything else and still get some good flavour into the chicken is really handy, most other marinades need a good few hours of marinating time before you get the flavour into your meat.

The instructions on the back are very easy as to follow, even my hubby is able to prepare this when he needs to for me and he is hopeless at stirfrys and anything involving chicken no offence to my hubby, he just worries he won't cook it properly or will miss something out with marinating the meat for me, but I know if I ask him to get it started with the infusion paste I know he can do it and not mess it up. But also he knows he can do it without fail which is far more important.

The finishing sauce then adds a whole new dimension to the flavours that are already in there, and doesn't matter what vegetables you use they always taste yummy, or add in some noodles and forget the veggies and its still just as bloody good. I've even used it with just veggies and noodles and no chicken, maybe I should try is with some of that pasta you get filled with veggies and meat. Think I may have to do that need week.

These should be a pantry stable in all homes to brighten up a meal and give flavour without the massive cost. My fussy oldest child loves this one, and even when we have roast chicken he asked for me to make this up in a bowl for him heat it up so he can use it to flavour his chicken.

After having tried the Maggi curry creations range butter chicken (which is a similar packet style to the stir fry creations) and finding it to be the best packet mix butter chicken I have ever tasted, I decided that it was probably well worth trying the Maggi stir fry creations Honey, soy & garlic chicken, as I usually love this flavour combination, my partner not so much, in fact when he saw me put this into the supermarket trolley his exact words were "why do you have to get that?, you should choose a different flavour), however I disagreed and I'm very pleased that I did!

The honey, soy and garlic mix is very easy to prepare with just 4 quick and easy steps.
Step 1: Tear apart the 2 flavour sauce sachets (these are easier to use if separated) and are required at different times of the cooking process.
Step 2: In a bowl add your chicken (or other meat if your not using chicken) and stir through the sauce labeled infusion paste, leave it to sit for about 5 minutes to really absorb the flavours, trust me it's well worth it!
Step 3: Cook your chicken (or meat) in a fry pan until cooked through, add any vegetables that you are using and cook a few minutes longer.
Step 4: Pour the other sauce sachet, the finishing sauce over your chicken and vegetables and cook for a few minutes until hot. Add to a side of rice, noodles or garlic bread and enjoy!

Within the 4 easy steps listed above the honey, soy & garlic stir fry was ready to eat. The smell of the sauces in the chicken as it cooked smelt mouthwatering and I really couldn't wait to try it, amazingly enough you pick up the aromas of each of the ingredients really clearly the honey, the soy and the garlic, which made me really look forward to trying it. The sauce with thick and there was certainly plenty of it, in a deep golden colour. When I cooked my stir fry I used chicken as the meat, and brocolli, carrots, peas, baby corn and cauliflower for the vegetables and served it on a bed of rice.

It tasted amazing and like the butter chicken this was the BEST honey, soy and garlic stir fry sauce I have ever used, it had a lovely sweet flavour and it wasn't at all sticky and you could clearly taste each of the flavours with none being to over powering it was like having fireworks for your taste buds! Best of all that night while my partner was at work he rang me to ask what that meat was in his dinner, when I told him he was shocked and told me he really liked it and that I should make it again, which I was happy about!

For the simplicity of the meal, the price, and the taste sensation you get I would highly recommend you try this product!
