I hadn't watched or heard anything about Lazy Town before so thought that this might be worth watching. My first thought when I saw it was episodes was that I might not enjoy it but I found that it was not as bad as I was expecting and I heard quite a few giggles from the kids so I guess that as long as the kids enjoyed it then I can stomach watching it with them for short periods of time.

It did kind of remind me of Little People which my youngest absolutely loved for a while. I really liked that the episodes were short and didn't require much attention and each episode did seem to have a moral to the story. It was easy to identify the bad guy and no he didn't seem to get much easier to handle.

Each episode ended with the same song so the kids learnt that when they heard the song it was time for the next episode. The super hero was a bit of a favourite with the kids, I'm not sure about that one but I can handle them liking things or people that I don't.

I'm not sure if there are any others in the series and if there is I'm not going to actively seek them out unless the kids ask for them. It is good to see kids stories with good morals.

Having seen little snippets of LazyTown before I thought that this may be a good show for the kids to enjoy.

I have to say it was a success as far as the kids enjoying it goes. I popped it on and all three of my children sat down to watch it. My two year old who doesn't always sit still for shows happily sat there and watched the whole DVD. My four year old said rather happily afterwards that she would "like to be that girl (Stephanie) when I grow up"and my six year old was asking if he could watch it again before it was even finished, so they all enjoyed it without a doubt.

There is just under two hours worth of entertainment, cut up into four episodes. The first, The Pink Panther, is twice the length of a standard episode and has a mystery needing to be solved. The we have an identical Stephanie show up and they must work out which Stephanie is real, then Santa stops by and then to top it all off Robbie Rotten makes a wish and thinks it comes true. This is a fun TV show and whilst I could only handle one viewing, I like it enough that I'm happy for the kids to be addicted.

I shall keep an eye out for more episodes of LazyTown to own for the kids.
