The Secret is Gratitude. Being thankful for everything that you have now, tomorrow and in the future. Giving thanks to the universe for everything that you have and believing that everything that you want is within your power if only you believe. Thanking the Universe for that multimillion dollar house or the holiday of your dreams opening your mind to every possibility out there. Getting rid of all of the negativity and only focusing on the good stuff.

Every night my husband and I list three things that we are thankful for during the day. It gets us talking, reminds us how lucky we really are and puts us in a great mood before we go to sleep. This is part was done due to the secret, as you are suppose to remember the good times and forget the bad and just stay positive.

Rhonda Byrne the writer was going thru a bad patch in her life where everything that could go wrong was and her daughter gave her a book which blew her mind. From there she researched Gratitude and found that most successful people were already living with this concept. Flying to the States she met with teachers who introduced her to more teachers and eventually the idea of the Secret manifested. A movie and a book the secret opens the world of possibility to everyone.

I think this book is absolutely fantastic and the movie is word for word like the book. It confirms that positivity and gratitude can go a long way. Do I have that multimillion dollar house or travel every other week to exotic locations no but I am happy with what I do have and so thankful and know the rest will follow. Does the secret work yes for smaller things like getting that car park where you want it and thinking of something and a couple of days later it is there. Does it work for big things I am guessing yes but haven't quite worked it out yet.
