The first thing that struck me when I started playing this sequel to the immensely popular MechAssault was the cut-scenes. These were incredibly well done and made the game that much more immersive.

The next major thing you'll notice is the graphics, these have certainly been fine-tuned to give an even more detailed playing enviroment, plus the fully destroyable environments just add that extra bit of 'X' factor to the game.

The next thing that stood out for me was the ability to get in and out of your Mech/Vehicle to achieve other tasks that you just can't do in a Mech. Plus the ability to Neurohack an enemy Mech whilst wearing your BattleArmour is also a huge plus, it just makes the whole thing just that bit more plausible.

Whilst I have yet to test the Multiplay and OnLine Xbox Live ™ gameplay I'm sure it will be as good as the Single Player Campaign mode of this one is.

Well done Microsoft, a worthy addition to the 'Mech' series of games and a great addition to the BattleTech ™ Universe.
