I found out about Barkers from KIWIreviews after reading some fellow reviewers reviews I knew I had to try the products in the range. The first one I bought was the Peach and Mango Chutney and I absolutely loved it so wanted to try more. I bought this one as I love both sundried tomato and olives and know that together they are incredible.

I have just been eating the chutney on crackers with cheese for my lunch as I am trying to diet and need things to make my crispbreads seem more tasty and interesting. I love it used this way as I love the bitter sweetness of sundried tomato and the sharpness of the olive. It really is an incredible taste and Barkers have done a great job of combining the two into a really tasty chutney, yum!!

I was making home made pizzas and decided to spread this on the pita bread bases instead of tomato paste and I am glad I did as it tasted amazing. Even my partner who doesn't like olives at all liked these pizzas as the olive taste wasn't overpowering for him. We just topped the pizza's with some chicken, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella and with the chutney they seemed very gourmet yet so simple to prepare, so we will definitely be making them again with this great chutney.

I am going to use some of the suggestions given above with this chutney as I think it would definitely be great in a casserole or mince dish, and the thought of spreading it on a crostini sounds amazing. I think this would have heaps of uses as it is such a great flavour!

Product reviews for listing 1211: Meatlovers Classic Pizza -  Produced by The Chicago Pizza Company

Product image for Meatlovers Classic PizzaJoey 'Beefs' don't like much - but he sure loves his Chicago Meatlovers. A former butcher's apprentice, Joey knows his fine cuts from the baloney.

It's fully loaded with wood-smoked bacon and ham, cabonossi, salami, onion and capsicum layered over the family's secret BBQ sauce - it ain't for the the faint hearted.
