Childrens' Battery Operated Toy Brushcutter product reviews

This Stihl children's brushcutter is ideal for little garden helpers aged 5 and over. Realistic in every detail just one pull of the recoil and the engine springs in the action (well the noise does) and rev's up at the tweak of the throttle lever and the blade disc lights spins ready to mower down the long grass, just like yours.

WE couldn't believe our luck when we found this toy at a garage sale for just $1 a little while ago. It looked brand new too and the batteries still worked so it really was a bargain. It is still a little big for our 18 month old but that doesn't stop him using it, after all he picks his Dad's weedeater up and carries that around if he gets the chance.

It is more designed for children about 4 as it is quite big but my son carriers it around pulling the cord to make it make the noises over and over again. It makes quite a realistic engine sound to so I think he has a big boys weedeater just like Dad's as he holds it and uses it in the way Dad does. As soon as he sees Dad with his he will go and get this toy and join in.

It is pretty safe too the disc doesn't spin fast enough that it hurts if you touch it when it is spinning and obviously it isn't sharp at all either so you don't damage your fingers if you do touch it. If used with the right age children you probably shouldn't have any problems at my son's age it is the adults that have to be careful as you are quite likely to get whacked as he swings it around with no regard for what is in his path.
