I was given the primal earth set and thought it would be the perfect Christmas present for my fiancee ~ he's blessed with sensitive skin and to be honest doesnt really use any sort of products on his skin except sunblock. I was surprised that the very next day he was trying out this moisturiser ~ his first comment was it smells nice and not over the top. He also remarked that it wasnt slimy and great that because its 24hour he doesnt have to put it on as often. A couple of weeks later and he is still using it every day or every second day ~ im impressed!!

Two weeks later and walking past after my shower I see this sitting on the bathroom sink... And yes I know this product is meant to be for the guys, but I didnt see the harm in trying it! I really liked the smell and I'd seen a little too much sun so my skin was extra dry. I was impressed with the packaging, especially the little security tab ~ it would be perfect when taking away or even in your handbag hehe. The more I thought about it the more I decided I really liked the container and wish I had a moisturiser like it!

The moisturiser comes out of the pump easily and you dont need a lot to cover all of your face. I also liked that it wasnt slimy or heavy on my skin ~ I also have sensitive skin and am quite fussy at what moisturisers I use on my face ~ if its good the first time its a product I'll use forever. A week later and I've used this moisturiser several times and will continue to do so (much to the disappointment of my fiancee haha).

I will definitely be buying again for presents and for myself! Who cares if its meant to be for guys ~ whatever works I say!! :)

This was a really surprising product. I have never thought of my skin as "dry" but after a week of using this the comparison was like walking out of a desert and straight into a forest of slightly stubbled silk. Nicely scented, manly without being lumberjack-butch silk at that.

The amount needed was tiny, proving this to be a long-lasting, thus great value for money, product. I can't say how often I will use it - I am horrible about forgetting to slather on the unguents in the morning - usually because I have a hyperactive 4yr old son to put through the shower and it's easier to just climb in too and wake up that way - but I know that for at least the first 2 weeks of December this year I will be using it semi-religiously after I have shaved an as-yet-unknown amount of my face and possibly head, after the Movember fundraiser has concluded.

Overall, would I buy this again? Quite possibly. It's handy to have in case of a sudden meeting or interview - my skin can dry out within an hour if I get stressed too badly - so this could be just what I need to get it under control again quickly without leaving my skin looking shiny. Would I recommend it to others? Certainly would, and have done plenty of times already.

This was another one of the wonderful Primal Earth products we were sent to review. Now one of the products sent had his and hers tagged on the top of the tube, this one says his, but as the saying goes: what's mine is mine and what's his is mine too.

Meaning that yes he would try it but well so would I...I mean why wouldn't I? It sounds like the perfect moisturiser to me; natural ingredients, aloe to hydrate and heal, harakeke flax extracts to protect and heal and re-hydrate too, it contains no harsh preservatives etc and its said to last 24 hours.

OK so it smells lovely, as I think all Primal Earth products do anyway. Its in this really funky little pump action bottle, that even though its designed for the guys, would fit really well in my handbag Wink Icon Its really easy to use, and the simple design is comfortable in the hand. I really like the bottle.

So using this product, well its awesome! Its non-greasy just like the bottle says and yes its light and not a really heavy cream either which is brilliant. Because its non-greasy it also doesn't leave ya face really really weirdly shiny, which is good being a man's product.

Hubby liked the feeling of this moisturiser and liked that it left his face feeling really smooth. As far as being a 24hr moisturiser, I just don't really know. I'm never really sure about 24hr products. As both hubby and I love this product I do not think it would last as long as it could normally last.

First off I LOVE the little bottle this comes in, so easy to use and mess free, just a small pump and you get the moisturiser onto your hand.

Its just like any other moisturiser you rub it in, but this one is after a shower prefer after the Primal face wash and you keep it on all night. Again I hate creams but managed after 3 attempts got it on my face and kept it there.

I couldn't feel it on my face after a while, and in the morning my face felt nice. Washing it off didn't give that greasy gross feeling nor was it a mission to get off, I just used a flannel, water and the face wash and one morning just used water and flannel. Bonus my pillow doesn't have moisturiser stuck to it.

Using all 3 products together, both the moisturises day and night one and the face wash I have had comments on my face, it is looking "young" lol...I had to laugh as Im only 27. It has given me something different and has made me feel good.

If you need a good moisturiser this is the one its great, if you love this one you will love the others I have mentioned as well

I am all about trying to use products that have natural ingredients at the moment so was keen to try this. "Packed with powerful coenzyme Q10, green tea and harekeke to help hydrate and deliver visibly younger looking skin". I could be fooled for thinking I was reading the packing on one of my skin care products... that aside this really is just lovely. I love the smell and I love, love, love how it feels on my skin. It really does make your skin feel supple and hydrated.

Hubby (the intended user) also likes this product. He has been happy to use this every night (using the SPF in the mornings). As mentioned in reviews on other Primal Earth products in this range, whether it be this product or a combination of the range, my husbands skin is looking glowing and supple at the moment.

We both like the pump and that it comes with a lid to put over to prevent spillage when in your toilet bag.

Hubby is happy to continue using this product and likes how it feels. He wouldn't pay $13.99 for it as has other products that offer more bulk for the dollar however I would happily pop this in the supermarket trolley for him at this price. To be honest I like this more than my present hand cream so I would use it if he didn't ... This is definitely my favorite product in the range.

These Primal Earth products are great for gifts and it is nice to have an affordable natural skincare range for men out there.

I know this product is meant to be for the guys, but I couldn't help myself. So I opened this moisturiser after my shower. I was impressed with the packaging. I liked that it had a security tab. I also liked how easy it was to pull the tab off. When I saw it was moulded plastic I thought "man, this is going to be difficult to open without scissors". But it was easy!

This moisturiser comes out of the pump easily. Possibly too easy. You really don't need a lot for your face. I applied some to my face. I then caught sight of my awful dry shins. I decided to apply some of the moisturiser to my shins to see what would happen.

The creme didn't feel too heavy on my skin. It seemed to soak in easily. I could still feel it on my skin though, lightly. Well, its the end of the day and I can still feel it on my skin. My face feels soft. My shins look amazing. The skin is no longer cracked!

This is a little container, which pumps out a lot of the lotion. It is really easy to use and it is very effective. But I'm not sure it will last very long which makes it less cost effective than the other products in the range.

I will admit to being very skeptical about Primal Earth's 24 hour moisturiser. I didn't believe that my skin would still feel great a day later. I usually moisturise morning and night so this was something new. I have some very dry spots on my chin and around my nose that look hideous first thing in the morning but it didn't with this moisturiser.

It was a nice smooth consistency which rubbed into the skin easily. There were no ugly white streaks left on my face. It felt so lovely on my face and I also used it on my aging hands. Although it is a moisturiser it didn't aggravate my acne like some others do, a real problem with combination skin.

I both like and dislike the pump bottle. The pump makes it easy to dispense a small amount which avoids waste. There was a little plastic tab in the nozzle which hygienically sealed the bottle. This tab would also be handy if you were carrying the bottle in your bag to help protect from pumping moisturiser through your bag. What I dislike is that with pump bottles all of a sudden the bottle is empty, there is no warning like you get trying to squeezing a tube.

The moisturiser works well with the other products in the Primal Earth range. It has a subtle aloe vera scent which isn't overpowering and would work well with an after shave or cologne.
