A few months ago I needed to put an entire 3 bedroom house into storage which I thought would prove to be a mission but found Storage King to be great. I dealt with he Henderson branch in Auckland and the location was well placed and very easy to get to. The actual unit was brand new and a really good size, I know from reading the posters and thins in the office that there are various sizes available. The staff were great, very helpful especially when I had forgotten my entry code and they had to tell me again and again what it was. The facilities are more than adequate, each unit is monitored and each unit has an individual code to disarm that particular unit and you use your own lock so you know the unit is secure, there are signs telling you the premises has 24 hour CCTV so there is no excuse for not knowing about all the security measures in place. Access to the unit is normal business hours but if after hour access is needed it can be easily arranged with management. The price is a bit high but I was able to pay weekly which made it a lot easier to manage. The contract auto renews and the paperwork clearly states that 2 weeks notice must be given to end the rental of the unit. I hope I don't need extra storage like that again but if I did then I wouldn't hesitate to use Storage King again. |
