I wanted something that would support him when he was just learning to sit and support his head weight. We had a n exersaucer but I wanted something different too for on the floor play time. I found this second hand on trade me and got it for a good price and we loved it a lot.

The baby sits inside the car and can play with the horn on the dashboard to make a horn sound and listen to a variety of sounds. When you turn the key in the ignition it makes an engine sound and lights flash on the dashboard so it is really stimulating for little ones. You can also detatch the dashboard so they can play with it by itself which I thought was a nice touch. In the side there is a bottle holder so they can sit and have their bottle in the holder for when they want a drink!

I liked how it supported my son's back to keep him stable when he was first learning to sit unsupported. As it came slightly up his back and his legs were tucked under the front of the car he was able to sit for longer periods than he could un supported. Also having the dashboard to play with kept him occupied which meant he would sit longer to develop the muscles in his back and neck.
